It’s a balmy Tuesday after a weekend of horrendous storms and this #vsweeklysounds couldn’t be more fitting. It’s a mix by Mike Parker for the always amazing, Electric Deluxe podcast and it’s probably like nothing you’ve heard before. Deep crate digging with an envious flow and a refreshing sound. It’s an expansive listen and a rewarding one too, if you give yourself to it and give it time. It encapsulates gems from Brian Eno, Cio D’or and Human League with ambient soundscapes filling the gaps. Get some good headphones, pour a drink and lock in for an epic journey.
